Hi, I’m Anna.
Above all, I’m drawn to honest storytelling, natural movement, and the moments that often go unnoticed. The most meaningful parts of a wedding day are rarely the perfectly posed ones- they’re the quiet glances, the nervous laughter, the feeling of being fully present with the people you love.
My approach is rooted in observation first. While I do offer direction when needed, I never want being photographed to pull you out of your day. I want you to feel comfortable enough to actually experience it- to laugh freely, hold each other naturally, and stay present in the moments that matter most.
Most of my couples tell me they want photographs that feel emotional and timeless without spending their entire wedding day posing. That balance is exactly what I aim to create: images that feel effortless, artful, and true to you.
Every collection includes both digital and 35mm film photography. Film has a softness and imperfection I’ll never stop loving and it preserves memories in a way that feels tangible, nostalgic, and alive.
Outside of weddings, I’m usually spending time with my husband, thrifting for our 1930s home, drinking too much chai, listening to vinyl records, or hanging out with our dogs. Some other things I love: good books, Wes Anderson films, music that makes you feel something, vodka pasta, all people, & Jesus.
Photography, for me, is less about staging and more about seeing. My goal is always the same: to create photographs that bring you back to how it all actually felt.
